This is a quick coaching guide for players developed from the Tom House arm-care warm-up, the Jeff Krushell - Team Canada baseball warm-up and the Lee Taft sprinter warm-up; if you don't know these names you need to look them up. They are industry leaders and innovators that adapt for the betterment of the game and more importantly the betterment of the athlete. This program has evolved and adapted over the years but I am still finding that many volunteers and paid coaches do not know the benefits of a proper dynamic warm-up. Every rep completed properly in a warm-up equals a rep on the field, turf, shale, ice, court, etc. Educating the players on these principles at a young age is crucial to their success and sustainability.
